Amount per Roll: 5cm x 5m / 2 in x 197 in / 10mg per 10 inches.
Suggested Use: Clean and dry area before use. Do not apply to damaged or irritated skin. For best results, apply to a smooth surface and trim hair if needed. To avoid tape overstretch, extend the muscle area first then apply. Gently rub to ensure heat-activated adhesion.

Love it!
This guardian sports tape is great, I run track and it’s a necessity. The infused hemp and menthol is very different but helpful! It doesn’t affect the lasting power of the tape either, definitely buying more! :)
