Recovery Soak compliments Team USA Track & Field athlete Chari Hawkins' physical training and recovery program. There are only a handful of ingredients but each one plays a meaningful role in her recovery regimen.
Magnesium Chloride Flakes - This version of magnesium absorbs better and is easier on the skin when compared to traditional epsom salt (magnesium sulfate).
Dead Sea Salt - A therapeutic salt, rich with anti-inflammatory agents like zinc and bromide. Cleanse, soften, and detoxify; natural antioxidant qualities that promote healthier skin.
Lavender & Eucalyptus - Two essential oils are used throughout her recovery process, to support muscle therapy and rest.
Arnica & Blue Spirulina - Chari’s favorites, natural botanicals for helping with inflammation and swelling.
Suggested Use: For full strength, pour entire bag into a tub under warm, running water. For foot baths or half strength use 1/2 cup (4 oz.) per bath. Soak for at least 20 minutes and relax.

I was using just magnesium flakes for recovery and have since tried the Guardian recovery soak and it has helped me much more then just the flakes, I am exciting to continuing using this to recovery from the gym
I'm one Guardian's athletes and was one of the first to try it. I usually use epsom salt but there's a real difference with the flakes.
